Answer!  Our shopping carts are powered by Paypal. Instant payments can be made with a major credit card such as: Visa - Master Card - Discover - Amex. With Paypal you can also pay with an e-check or bank transfer. We additionally accept International Money Orders. All payments must be in USD.

Payment Clearance Time:
Paypal is the easiest and fastest way. When making an instant payment, your package will be on its way to the post office for the next pickup. E-check takes about 4 business days to clear. Unverified and unconfirmed accounts will have a 4 business days hold for security reasons. This is to protect us and our customers against theft or unauthorized transactions.
Money orders may take 5 to 7 business days or more to clear depending on your location. Money Orders must be the kind that can be changed internationally, otherwise it will be returned.
Bank wire transfers
can be made for larger orders but a bank fee may apply depending on your location.

Please contact us if you wish to pay with a money order, personal check or bank wire transfer. You can proceed by adding to the cart all your items, then when your done you can copy the content of our cart and paste it into our contact form.

Direct credit card payment
can be made via Paypal without being a member, just like any credit card processor. Just checkout and click on "If you do not currently have a PayPal account click here". Then you will enter your shipping address and process your payment.

At this time we do not accept direct credit card payment outside Paypal, in the future we may add this service but we will have to higher up our discount prices as well due to the high processor fees.

Answer!  Taxes are inclusive in the price of the item (s) within Canada. Your order will be departing from Canada. We do not collect brockage or custom fees for foreign sales. We will do our best to make your shipment as smooth as possible. Once the package has been shipped it is out of our control and custom fees may still apply in the buyer's country. There's no custom fees to the USA for items under $200 USD. We do not take any responsibility for brockage and custom fees nor for damages made by customs handling. Please check with your local government agency for more information on custom policies.

Answer!  Our Prices are shown & debited in Canadian Currency. The USD, EURO and GBP shown are approximate numbers to give you an ideal of our prices in your currency. Please visit XE.com Personal Currency Assistant to more accurately convert your total into your local currency. Please be aware that exchange rates can change daily and this may not be the exact amount debited from your card.

Answer!  Yes, we do! If your country is not listed in our checkout system, please contact us with your order (copy and paste from the cart before final checkout) and we will send you a custom invoice.
   
Question? Which postal carrier do you use?     [ back to top ]
Answer!  Our cart system is set up with Canada Post to accurately charge the shipping cost by weight upon checkout. This system provides the best possible rate. We no longer use UPS or FedEx due to their excessive handling and brokerage fees charged to the receiver.
   
Question? When should I expect my package to arrive?    [ back to top ]
Answer!  Lead time can be up to five business days (not including weekends and statuary holidays) of payment received and processed. Some exception may occur with special orders or back orders, you will be notified when a shipping delay is expected. Please realize that we have no control over the postal service nor custom agencies, so please be patient if delays occur. If you're located far from us or in a rural area, the postal service may take longer to reach you. Purchase during the holidays may also take longer than usual. Upon checkout you find this mention: "Please select a shipping option from those below." It will be indicated the delivery time frame for your area.

Answer!  No, our cosmetics are not tested on Animals, that is if you don't count humans! We firmly believe in testing our products on human volunteers only. You will find that over 90% of our packaging does have the "not tested on Animals" Logo. We are working on placing this logo on all our products in the future.
   
Question? Do you have a printed catalog you can send me?    [ back to top ]
Answer!  We do get printed catalog every year but it's outdated by the time it's out of the printing shop! This is for the simple reason that we are constantly updating our products selection and adding new ones as well. Therefore we feel that our online catalog is much more accurate and efficient at this time. You are more that welcome to download our 2007 catalog in PDF format; click here.

Answer!  We do not send out free samples. We are able to maintain low prices by keeping our cost down and therefore passing on the savings to you!
   
Question? Do you offer professional membership such as MAC PPID?    [ back to top ]
Answer!  No we do not, we feel that charging a membership fee to get a discount is not ethical. If you are a professional in the beauty trade, you can fill-up the "Distributor/retailer Inquiry" form to get wholesale prices without paying any membership fee.
   
  Problems & Returns or Refunds

Answer!  In case any problems would arise with your order, we urge you to contact us immediately. You must let us know within 7 business days of post mark. Afterward we no longer take any responsibility for your order. If your package did not arrive after exceeding the approximate time of shipping delivery mentioned upon checkout, contact us and we will place a trace on it. But please be patient, if you purchase outside of Canada or during the holidays the shipping can take longer than usual. We recommend Express post for faster delivery.

Answer!  As most of you know, there are usually no returns or refunds on hygienic products and cosmetics. Some cosmetics company will take returns but there prices are also very expensive. We keep our cost low to pass on the savings to you. The only exceptions for returns are: 1. If an item is wrong or defective; we check all items minimum three times with three different representatives, therefore the chances of receiving defective items are very low. 2. If you have received item (s) damaged during shipment. We pack very well to ensure that your item arrives safely, but it may happen. To get an exchange on a damaged item the condition of the goods must be unused. The item must be received within 10 business days of post mark. Contact us immediately, returns will be accepted only with an RMA number. All orders are NOT refundable, all sells are final. We take no responsibility for damaged goods made by customs handling which is NOT covered by insurance. Please check with your local government agency for more information on custom policies.
